Digital Products

We do not offer returns on digital products under any circumstances.

As soon as you purchase an e-book it is instantly delivered to your inbox. There is no way for our automated system to return it.

We have this policy in place to protect our author and her hard work.

The only exception is if you accidentally purchase a duplicate digital item. In that case, we can refund you with store credit if a request is made within 48 hours of purchase.

If you purchased a digital book and can't find it, please ensure you're checking the right email and check your spam folder.

If you find nothing, please check your BookFunnel library. You can find this at my.bookfunnel.com. Your email is your login.

You can also install the BookFunnel app to log into your BookFunnel library and to read your books.

If you still cannot find your book, contact BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com. They have a talented technical support team that is more than willing and able to help you.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES  

Damaged or Wrong Items and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and shipped in packaging similar to the original packaging. You pay the shipping for the item you are returning for a return or exchange. We have a 10% restocking fee on any returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and after we receive your return and it is accepted, we will issue you a store credit and you can purchase your item.

Refunds
If you request a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
