SHIPPING POLICY

Digital Products (eBooks and Audiobooks)

eBooks and Audio books are delivered as a link from Book Funnel immediately after your order is completed. The link is delivered to your email that you listed at your time of purchase. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder; if you have gmail, check your promotions tab.

If you’re having any problems downloading your book, please contact our support team via email: help@bookfunnel.com.

 

Paperback Books (US Only shipping)

Please allow us two business days for us to process your order. You can expect an email with the tracking number for your order within three business days after that to let you know your order is on the way.

The cost for shipping paperbacks depends your selection of Economy (5-8 business days for delivery) or Standard (3-4 business days for delivery) and the total weight of your order and your zone. 

Your shipping costs will appear on your order. For your reference, most paperback books weigh less than 1.25 pounds.

The following chart is only an example, not the actual costs, of the relative USPS shipping costs.

The products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! 

You can expect an email with the tracking number of your item when it is ready to be shipped, typically within 5-7 business days.
